BRACE is gearing up for spring and a re-run of last year’s Cae Bodfach mini-festival on Good Friday (7th April) 1pm–4pm. So many people enjoyed last year’s festival that we decided to make it an annual event. It’s such a great opportunity to celebrate all the amazing work local nature organisations are doing and learn about the wonders of the world around us while listening to great music, making things and having fun.
What’s the plan?
Seeds have been sown ready for a seed, seedling swap and plant sale and local environment charities invited to bring stalls offering a variety of hands-on workshops.
Linda Jane James and Paul Butler of Brooks Art, the duo behind the planned Severn Rivers Trust’s installation in Cae Bodfach, will return to lead community rock painting sessions.
There will be a children’s easter egg hunt, ice cream and delicious home-made pasties, cakes and refreshments.
See you at 1pm on 7th April in Cae Bodfach!
